1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some types of items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and sale items.
1.2 Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
1.3 Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Initiating a Return
2.1 Contact Us:
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@morocraft.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorization:
After receiving your request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2.3 Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Processing Your Return
3.1 Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4.1 Full Refunds:
Full refunds are provided for items that are returned in new and unused condition within the 30-day return window.
4.2 Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
